The 2014-2019 Housing Element is a policy intended as a guide for decision-makers in meeting the-County's projected housing needs. The 2014-2019 Housing Element modifies existing policies and implementation programs from the previous Housing Element; preserved the most successful programs; and proposes new programs to meet the housing needs of county residents.
