Document Description
Development of a wireless collocation tower facility on an undeveloped portion of a 2.14-acre parcel on the Oregon border, east of US Highway 199. The required infrastructure for the facility would include a 2500 sf fenced area, a 150' tall monopole tower, and overhead electric and broadband utility lines. Future tenant radio equipment would be installed in the fenced area. Existing access from highway 199 leads to the facility, approx 200' total. Approx 28 trees would be removed in an existing disturbed area to accommodate the facility. No development is proposed outside the fenced facility area.
