The project's proposed on-site improvements include a maintenance building, administrative offices, fueling facility and fuel farm, wash facility, covered parking for transit vehicles, a parking lot, and equipment storage within three Parks Department "yards". Off-site improvements are anticipated to include a new traffic signal and restriping in Elm Ave. at the site's main entrance. The project would be located on a 3.3-acre site at 550 Elm Ave. in the City of Galt, Sacramento County.
