Document Description
The proposed project is the demolition of the existing Siskiyou Hall and the construction and operation of a new Siskiyou II Science Replacement Building on the CSU, Chico campus. This project replaces the functions in the existing Physical Science Building, which is inadequate for the teaching of science today. The new facility will be a four and five-story, 135,000 gsf structure that will efficiently use the land mass available for the building and meet the current and future instructional needs of the University. When completed, the project will provide a structure that will provide laboratories, support space, offices, clssrooms, and a vivarium. The proposed project is consistent with the University's adopted 2005 Campus Master Plan.
