The existing dock facilities occupy 1,457 sf. The proposed facilities would occupy 3,063 sf, increasing the floating dock area by 401 sf and the elevated dock area by 1,205 sf. The rehabilitation is proposed to protect people and property from harm. The applicant is taking this opportunity to upgrade its facilities with amenities to better serve property owners and guests.
