Document Description
The applicant is requesting a minor use permit to bring an existing unpermitted special event facility into compliance with the requirements of Butte County Code 24-175.2. The outdoor special events facility will hold weddings, celebrations, ceremonies, receptions, corporate functions, and similar activities for up to a max of 250 guest per event. A max of 22 events will be held annually between April and October, with no events to occur during July. Events will operate between the hours of 4 pm and 10 pm, and may include the use of amplified sound and live bands.
