Document Description
The subject project consists of modifications to the approved Kawana Meadows recorded subdivision map, design review of condominium development, a density bonus application, and a hillside development application. Modifications to the recorded Kawana Meadows final subdivision map include reconfiguring 2 lots and the remainder parcel for a proposed new 7 single family lot tentative subdivision map and a parcel map waiver for adjustments to the multi family lots (1-5 and 70) to create 93 condo units on 4 parcels (Residences at Taylor Mountain Parcel Map). The proposed project would result in a net increase of 5 single-family residential units and 2 or multi-family units relative to the approved Kawana Meadows Project.
