The project includes all actions necessary to update the 1988 Folsom General Plan, including reorganizing and updating the existing Plan's ten chapters, which together address the seven mandatory General Plan elements required by State planning laws. The Folsom 2035 General Plan Project would include additional chapters on Economic Prosperity, Public Facilities and Services, Parks and Recreation, as well as revised Land Use and Circulation Diagrams.
