The proposed project entails sewer system improvements in the unincorporated community of Burney, including improvements to the existing wastewater treatment plant, Main Lift Station, and Bartel Lift Station; repair of approx four manholes; replacement of approx 1,700 lf of damaged pipeline; and repair of approx 40 pipeline mechanical deficiencies to eliminate cracked pipe, offset joints, etc.
