Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0315-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Mr. Guy Miller. Project is remediation of a violation. Project site will be increased by shifting the channel alignment. A maximum of 0.074 acres of 564 cubic yards of boulders will be installed for bank stabilization. Boulders will be backfilled with soil and seeded with native grasses and other vegetation. if water will be present during construction, cofferdams and dewatering will occur.
