Primary access to the site would be provided at the intersection of Dowdell Avenue and Martin Ave via a driveway shared with Ashley Furniture Home Store. Secondary access for emergency vehicles would be provided at the southeast corner of the project site to the Ashely Furniture HomeStore parking lot on the adjacent parcel.
