Document Description
The proposed project is a collaboration between Placer valley Tourism (PVT) and the County of Placer, consisting two or more project phases, including Phase 1 construction of an initial 160,000-square foot indoor sports and event center with the potential for a future Phase 2, 30,000-sf expansion of 190,000 sf and a 6,000-sf culinary building; site improvements (landscaping, parking); and roadway circulation improvements. Entitlements for the project include Board of Supervisors approval of a ground lease of the project site for the construction and operation of an approximately 190,000-sf sports and event center facility and a 6,000 sf culinary facility.
