Document Description
The project is a request for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide undeveloped railroad property into a 3.34-acre parcel (Parcel 1) and a 5.77 acre-parcel (Parcel 2) on land designated for Industrial uses in the 2030 Countywide General Plan. Parcel 1 will likely be sold to a private party for future industrial purposes, while Parcel 2, which includes railroad right-of-way, would be retained for railroad uses.
