Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment No. 2 to Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2017-0181-R4 issued to the project applicant, Stanislaus Regional Water Authority. The Project includes activities related to the construction of a wet well south of and adjacent to the Tuolumne River and the test operation of the existing infiltration gallery for the purpose of data collection to be used in the design of Phase II of the Greater Surface Water Supply Project. Amendment No. 2 authorizes a modification of the avoidance and minimization measures for the state threatened Swainson's hawk.
