Document Description
The project would redevelop the 3.7 acre site with two new 9-story office/research and development (R&D) buildings that would be located over two levels of parking. This site layout would create a plaza space in between the buildings. The project would include 481 ,660 SF square feet of office/R&D space with 835 parking spaces. The project would also include several community benefits including improving a 1.63 acre (State Lands) parcel that abuts the property along the bay side with widening of the existing Bay Trail, shoreline enhancements, improved landscaping, and providing resilience for sea level rise.
