Document Description
The proposed project is to establish a wood and green material chipping and grinding facility for Pacific Wood Recycling. The facility is proposed as a merchant facility and will accept a max of 500 tons of wood and green material per day for processing and recycling. Site development includes a total of approx 66,200 sf of impervious surface for the processing area and driveway, as well as minor grading to flatten the processing area and install a bioswale and other assorted drainage improvements. Equipment required for the operation of the proposed facility would include a diesel-powered tub grinder, a front loader, a water truck, approx 5 employees at a given time, and two separate outdoor storage areas for stockpiling of inbound and outbound wood and green material.
