Document Description
The project includes the subdivision of 5 acres into 8 residential lots, ranging in size from 21,819 sf to 47,489 sf in area. The subdivision would accommodate the future construction of 7 new single family homes and potential accessory dwelling units. No accessory dwelling units are proposed at this time. Parcel Two will incorporate an existing residence and garage. The existing mobile home on the site will be removed or remedied prior to recordation of Final Map. All of the lots will be developed with single family homes in accordance with the current GPD of Urban Residential 2 units/acre density and zoning designation of rural residential 2 units an acre (RR B6 2) designation. Access to the subdivision is proposed from a new private road following the general alignment of the existing driveway.
