Document Description
LCSD seeks to reduce the discharge of treated wastewater to the Eel River by an up to 0.125 cfs between May and Sept. 30 from its Wasterwater Treatment Facility to comply with North Coast RWQCB Order R1-2015-0008. Water previously discharged to a wetland tributary to the Eel River will be used irrigation use on a 47-acre parcel of land between May 15 to Sept 30 of each year to comply with the RWQCB discharge prohibition Order.
