Document Description
The main objective of the Spinnaker Cover Water Line Extension Project is to serve the future residents of Spinnaker Cove with delivery of treated water for domestic and fire suppression purposes. The proposed Project involves the allocation of untreated water resources from the Contra Costa Water District (CCWD) and delivery of treated water by the Diablo Water District (DWD) to the existing 35.37-acre (91 unit) Spinnaker Cover Development. A portion of the water line extension will be located within unincorporated Contra Costa County, is fully contained within the Sandmound Boulevard public right of way. The remainder of the water line extension will be located within the City of Oakley, and is again fully contained within the East Cypress Road Public right-of-way.
