Document Description
The Draft EIR considers two distinct projects. The proposed Sacramento Convention Center Renovation and Expansion Project will add exhibit space, meeting rooms, new lobbies, an outdoor amphitheater, and back-of-house uses to expand and renovate the existing Convention Center, allowing for more operational efficiency and increased number of events and attendees. The 15th/K St Hotel project will construct a 350-room, 24-story hotel adjacent to the SCC on the site of a surface parking lot on the southwest site of the K and 15th St intersection.
