Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0206-R4, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the Tuolumne Utilities District. The Project includes activities related to the placement of shotcrete around a hole and leak along slum dam and along a keyway approximately 40-feet upstream from slum dam to protect from future erosion. The Project will also include the removal of sand buildup deposited at the Algerine Ditch intake area and along the keyway area upstream from slum dam.
