The project requests include a rezone from Ag to RL-6, a Vesting Tentative Map, Design Review of the Development Plan Architecture and a Development Agreement to develop approximately 9.36 acres into 43 single family residential lots and one, .41 acre remainder lot (Parcel A) that will retain the existing residence. The minimum lot size for the 43 lots is 6,472 sq. feet and average lot size is 7,280 sq. feet. The proposal includes a development plan with 5 house plans consisting of one 1-story and four 2-story homes, each with architectural elevations in a variety of color pallets. The project main access is from Vanden Road with an internal street connecting to Sterling Chateau #4 on the north. The Northern row of lots will front on the south side of the street proposed with Sterling Chateau #4.
