Document Description
The proposed project includes construction and operation of an approximately 12-megawatt power generation facility that would utilize landfill gas as fuel to generate renewable energy. The proposed Project would beneficially use the landfill gas and would provide environmental and economic benefits regardless of ultimate capacity of the landfill. The proposed Project would include the plant facility, natural gas pipeline, water pipeline, two water tanks, and would be located on an approximately 2.2-acre site within the existing 535-acre Scholl Canyon Landfill.
