Document Description
The Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) No. 17-05100 (SCH No. 2017081059), Secific Plan Amendment No. 17-05074, Tentative Parcel Map (TPM) 37304 (TPM No. 17-05060), Development Plan Review 17-00008 - Proposal to develop a 1.08 million square feet of light industrial/warehouse consisting of two buildings. Building 1 would be an approximately 1,016,030 s.f. high cube warehouse and Building 2 would be an approximately 61,200 s.f. of general light industrial building through the following entitlements: Specific Plan Amendment to change the PVCCSP land use designation of the westernmost 35 acres of the project site from Business Professional Office to Light Industrial; a Tentative Parcel Map to consolidate 14 existing parcels and vacate all or parts of three unimproved streets, and a Development Plan Review to analyze the prosed site plan and architectural elevations. The project is located within the Perris Valley Commerce Center Specific Plan area.
