Note: NOA of Final EIR The proposed project includes construction and operation of approx 1.2 M sf of high-cube warehouse/distribution use in one building on approx 55 gross acres at the northeast corner of Perris Blvd and Markham St, in the city of Perris, CA. Approx 1,169,860 sf of the building will be used for warehousing/distribution, with the remaining 20,000 sf for supporting office uses. The building include 92 dock doors on the north side and 93 dock doors on the south side, to accommodate cross-dock operations. The proposed project site will also provide 510 automobile parking stalls and 304 trailer parking stalls. Several stalls will be reserved for low emission vehicles to encourage their use among future employees at the project site. Bike racks will also be provided at the project site for employee use.
