Document Description
The project applicant proposes an amendment to the Perris Valley Commerce Center Specific Plan to change the land use designation to the western 35 acres of the project site from BPO to LI and to remove Goldenview Drive, Johnson Ave, and Via Verona St from the Circulation Plan. The specific plan amendment is proposed to accommodate the construction of an approx 1,189,860 sf building with approx 1,169,860 sf for warehouse distribution uses and approx 20,000 sf of supporting office space. The project also includes a tentative parcel map 37304, street improvements, and water (potable and recycled) and sewer facilities.
