Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Monarch Beach Drive/Stonehill Recycled Water Distribution Project. The Project includes the construction of approximately 5,700 linear feet of 14-inch recycled water distribution pipeline to replace the existing pipes, service connections, and an above grade pressure reducing station facility comprised of two pressure reducing valves, one flow meter, isolation valves, and piping.
