SCWD has prepared an Infrastructure Master Plan (IMP) Update with recommended Capital Improvement (CI) for Projects for the District's water, wastewater ,and recycled water systems. Since the District service area is generally built out, the IMP Update is intended to focus on meeting projected demands for redevelopment, resolving facility deficiencies, and planning for infrastructure replacement and expansion.
