Document Description
The project proposes to develop a new mixed-use project on a 1.1 acre site located within the Hollywood community of the City of Los Angeles. The project includes 276 residential units, 13 of which would be restricted to Very Low Income households, approx 24,000 sf of neighborhood-serving commercial retail and restaurant uses, which would increase the minimum vehicle parking spaces required to 370 spaces. The proposed uses would be located within a 7-story building containing a ground-floor level with a mezzanine, 6 residential levels, and 4 subterranean parking levels. The proposed building would comprise approx 261,159 sf of floor area.
