Columbia Pacific Advisors, LLC is proposing to develop a two-story, 97,222 sf assisted living and memory care facility comprised of 87 suites on approx 7 acres at the northwest corner of Clinton Keith Rd and Greer Ranch Rd. Development of the project would also require off-site improvements, including the frontage of Clinton Keith Rd for road widening; the frontage of Greer Rd; and within Clinton Keith for extension of sewer, storm drain, and water lines to the project site.
