This is to advise that the Board of Trustees of the California State University, as the lead agency, have approved the above-described project on May 17, 2023 and have made the following determinations regarding the project:
1. An Addendum to the Campus Master Plan EIR was prepared for this project pursuant to the provisions of CEQA.
2. The Addendum to the Campus Master Plan EIR concluded that the modifications to the original proposed project would not result in new significant environmental effects or a substantial increase in the severity of significant effects beyond those previously identified in the EIR.
3. No new mitigation measures were made a condition of the approval of this project.
4. A mitigation monitoring program was originally adopted for this project at the time of certification of the Campus Master Plan EIR.
5. Findings and a Statement of Overriding Considerations were not adopted for this project since new significant impacts were not identified.
