A CUP (DRC2016-00047) to allow for the construction and operation of an unmanned wireless communications facility consisting of 12, eight-ft panel antennas split into three sectors of 4 antennas each and 2, six-ft diameter dish antennas; ancillary antennas support equipment installed on 1 60-ft high artificial pine tree, a 137 sf ground mounted equipment enclosure with backup power generator, equipment racks, two air conditioning units, power facilities, security lighting and a utility meter, and an 8 ft tall wooden perimeter fence. The proposed project will result in the disturbance of approx 2,900 sf, (including utility trenching) on an approximate 11.57 acre parcel.
