The project is a 28-story mixed use building on an 0.89 acre (38,722 sf) site located at 6400 Sunset Blvd in the Hollywood Community plan area of the city of LA. The project would include 232 residential units, including 5 percent (ten units) for very low income households, 32,117 sf of open space, and 7,000 sf of commercial uses. The proposed building would be comprised of 28 above ground levels and two subterranean parking levels, and would have a max height of 318 feet. Upon completion, the project would result in 230,987 sf of new floor area and a max floor area ratio of 6:1.
