Document Description
The 0.22-acre project site includes a 203-foot segment of an unnamed, unlined drainage feature, approximately 5 feet in diameter. Water flows from west to east through the feature; flows are intermittent/perennial and typically derived from urban run-off and storm events. The previously adopted Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) analyzed installation of a 36-inch storm-drain (connecting two existing culvert outlets) and fill material. The Addendum to the MND analyzes an amended Project which would not include a storm-drain or fill, rather the feature would be recontoured and habitat restored, ultimately resulting in less impacts than the previous MND.
