Document Description
Caltrans is proposing to replace the existing Cache Creek bridges at SR 58 from PM 99.0 to PM 100.3 in Kern County, CA. The bridges will be constructed in two stages and will provide two-way directional traffic in each stage. During stage one traffic will be shifted from the eastbound lane to the westbound lane and will provide a two way directional (east-west) traffic on the westbound lanes. After the completion of the eastbound bridge, stage two will be constructed to complete the westbound bridge. Similarly, traffic will be shifted from the westbound lane to the eastbound lane. The lanes will be divided by K-rails during both stages.
