Document Description
Project consists of amendments to four ordinances or sections of ordinances that are part of the Alameda County General Code regarding the regulation of medical cannabis uses. The ordinance regulate the licensing and operation of dispensaries, deliveries, the sale of edibles, a pilot cultivation program and associated zoning. The ordinance amendments or otherwise modify the following sections: Chapter 6.106, Chapter 6.108, and several sections within Title 17 (zoning).
