Document Description
This project will upgrade an existing wastewater treatment plant to an advanced microgrid that utilizes low-carbon electricity and provides benefits to the surrounding grid. It will not cause a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect physical change in the environment because it involves modifications to an existing facility, and these modifications will serve the function of decreasing overall environmental impacts.
