Reasons for Exemption
The removal of the illegally disposed of solid waste will have not impact the environmental. Limited earth disturbance and vegetation may be needed to remove the solid waste. The purpose of the project is to protect the environmental from the negative consequences of having the solid waste stay on the land and the potential safety impacts having obstructions within a county flood control facility.
