The County owns a 5.0 acre undeveloped parcel. The parcel has an accumulation of illegally disposed trash, debris and abandoned vehicles, recreational vehicles and trailers which warrants removal. The County is applying for a grant through CalRecycle and if awarded grant funds will proceed with the cleanup.

Reasons for Exemption
The project will not have an impact on the environment. Methods used to remove the illegally disposed of solid waste will be sensitive to avoiding mature vegetation as well as minimizing any ground disturbance. The project site has become degraded due to the dumping and the project should help efforts to restore the condition of the property.
