Document Description
The Project will widen Truxtun Avenue, a City of Bakersfield owned and maintained street, from a 4-lane collector to a 6-lane arterial. The widening will occur from Empire Drive to approximately 1,100 feet east of Oak Street. The project includes the reconstruction/extension of the Carrier Canal Culvert, located approximately 165 feet east of the intersection of Westwind Drive and Truxtun Avenue.
