Document Description
CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0180-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Josh Ptashne.
Project is limited to three encroachments (Table 1). One encroachment is to upgrade a dirt ford and remediate a segment of altered stream. Work will include excavation, rock armoring, slash and debris removal, stream bed and bank reconstruction, and revegetation to minimize erosion. The other two encroachments are for removal of two water diversions from unnamed tributaries to Elk Creek but removal will not have a substantial impact on the stream habitat.
