Variance PLN17-00100 approves a reduction to the required 50 foot watercourse setback at the rear of the property to construct a new single family dwelling. Specifically the Variance approves a 23.5 foot watercourse setback for the rear deck and a 32.5 foot watercourse setback for the residential structures, whereas a 50 foot setback as otherwise required.
