Project consists of the repair, maintenance and minor alteration of existing public facilities involving negligible or no expansion of use beyond current levels, included as trail or road repairs in the Parka and Rec's list of exempt activities in accordance with 15300.4, and minor public alterations in the condition of the land which do not involve the removal of mature, scenic trees except for forestry or agricultural purposes.
