Crestline Sanitation District proposes to replace the force main from its junction with the State Park wastewater line to the Cleghorn Wastewater Treatment Plant. This replacement force main is needed to ensure the safe and efficient transport of treated effuent can continue to fulfill its design purpose and deliver effuent for discharge.
