Install two speed humps on Jetty Road at Moss Landing State Beach to slow vehicle traffic that poses a risk to sea otters crossing the roadway. Work will paint advance warnings on the roadway and install two (2) 23' long X 7' wide X 3" high recycled plastic and/or rubber speed bumps onto the road surface using lag bolts.
