Document Description
Floodwater has over-saturated road sub-grade, damaging the structure of Red Hills Rd. One section of the roadway was damaged, totaling 5,240 sf. The proposed project will remove the oversaturated aggregate base-materials and replace with fresh aggregate base materials and asphalt pavement.

After reviewing the project and its setting, the Environmental Coordinator for the county of Tuolumne has determined that the project is statutorily exempt from review under CEQA pursuant to section 15269 and section 15301 of the State CEQA guidelines b/c emergency repair and restoration projects are exempt as defined in section 15269 and b/c Red Hills Rd is an existing roadway facility as defined in section 15301.
