Document Description
Floodwater has over-saturated the road sub-grade, damaging the structure of Hells Hollow Road. Three sections of the roadway were damaged, totaling 2,400 sq. ft. The proposed project will remove the oversaturated base-materials and replace with fresh aggregate base materials and asphalt pavement.
