Beachcomber Deck Expansion
NOE - Notice of Exemption
This project aims to make small expansion of the adaptive use deck for public seating at the historic Cottage 15, now used as the Beachcomber Restaurant, Crystal Cove Historic District. The expansion is within the developed footprint of the historic cottage and expands an existing use.
DPR approved standard project requirements have been incorproated into this project.
No potential for significant impacts to the environment is anticipated with section 15300.4. Class 23: "normal operations of facilities for public gatherings"; Class 31: "historical resource restoration/rehabilitation"
