Document Description
On April 1, 2017, the Operator of the HWF at NASNI was changed from Chicago Bridge and Iron Federal Services LLC to NOREAS Environmental Services, Inc. Therefore, NOREAS Environmental Services, Inc is the new Operator and requires a Class 1* permit modification. The info for the HWF Operator is changed from CB&I Federal Services, LLC to reflect the new Operator, NOREAS Environmental Services Inc. The modification also updates the Contingency Plan and Emergency Procedures to change in the personnel. All previous permit requirements would remain in effect. This approval is being granted pursuant to DTSC's regulatory authority under title 22, sec 66270.42.
