Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to stabilize a roadway that erodes during the rainy season. The Project, located in an area locally known as the "Virgin Mary Shrine" within the Pinto Lake County Park, includes implementing sediment control practices on an unpaved road that leads to the edge of the Pinto Lake and is severely bare, compacted and eroded. The Project consists of minor grading of the road to repair ruts and direct runoff in a non-erosive manner by installing three reverse0grade dips and 72 linear feet of drainage swale. The project also includes the installation of road surfacing, consisting of approximately 2,500 sq. ft. of Class II aggregate road base.
